Once the request is received:

  1. Our team verifies eligibility under the cancellation policy.

  2. Shipment status is checked with the logistics partner.

  3. A cancellation confirmation or invoice is issued if approved.

3. Automatic Order Cancellations

Orders may be automatically canceled in the following cases:

• Product Out of Stock

If the ordered medicine is unavailable, the order may be canceled.
Where possible, partial shipment may be offered if part of the order is in stock.

• Non-Receipt of Payment

All online orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of invoice generation, the order may be automatically canceled.

• Payment Errors

Orders with incomplete, failed, or unverifiable payment transactions may be canceled.

• No Receipt Generated

If a payment confirmation receipt is not generated due to transaction failure, the order may be voided.

4. Cancellation During Transit

Customers may request cancellation while the order is in transit.

However:

  • If the package has already cleared customs or reached the destination country, certain charges (such as shipping or customs processing costs) may be deducted.

  • Full refunds may not be applicable once the shipment has progressed beyond the dispatch stage.

5. Cancellation After Delivery

Customers may request cancellation or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• Wrong Product Delivered

If a different brand, strength, or incorrect medicine is received, customers must notify us within 7 days.

• Damaged or Tampered Product

If the packaging appears tampered, damaged, or compromised upon delivery, a complaint must be raised within 7 days.

• Product Quality Concerns

If a customer is dissatisfied with the product, a complaint may be submitted. Our support team will review the case and provide a resolution as per eligibility.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained.

6. Refund Process

7. Non-Refundable Charges

Under no circumstances will the following be refunded:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Government-imposed charges

  • Additional clearance fees imposed by destination authorities

These charges are governed by local regulations and remain the customer’s responsibility.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistic disruptions

  • Government regulations

GenericMedsKart is not liable for delays caused by third-party authorities or external circumstances beyond our operational control.

9. Limitation of Liability

GenericMedsKart shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays in refunds due to banking systems

  • Customs-related shipment holds

  • Order cancellations due to incomplete payment

  • Loss arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to internal verification and compliance review.
