1. Order Confirmation Process
Once you place an order on GenericMedsKart:
Initial Confirmation Email – You will receive an email summarizing:
Product name(s)
Strength and quantity
Total order value
Billing and shipping details
Final Order Acknowledgment – After successful payment, a second confirmation email is sent containing:
Final invoice
Estimated delivery timeline
Payment confirmation
If any product is unavailable or partially out of stock, this will be clearly mentioned in the final acknowledgment. Partial shipments may be processed where applicable.
Orders with incomplete or failed payments may not be processed.
2. Shipping & Dispatch Confirmation
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
Once dispatched:
A shipping confirmation email is sent
Tracking number and shipment details are provided
The estimated delivery time is mentioned
Customers may ship to:
Residential address
Office address
APO or PO Box (where supported)
Registered airmail or signature-based delivery options may be available in certain regions.

3. Customs & International Orders
GenericMedsKart ships internationally. All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection in the destination country.

Customs clearance timelines vary from a few days to several weeks
Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges must be paid by the customer
We are not liable for delays arising from government regulations or customs processing.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
While delivery time depends on the courier and destination:
Most orders arrive within 10–20 working days
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, political disruptions, lockdowns, or logistical interruptions.
Customers are encouraged to track their orders regularly. If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact customer support.
5. Lost Shipment Policy (Reshipment or Refund)
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit:
GenericMedsKart may offer a free reshipment, or
Process a refund, based on internal verification
To qualify:
Customers must report non-delivery within 8 weeks of the shipping date
Requests made after 8 weeks may not be eligible
Loss claims are reviewed carefully before approval.
6. Damaged or Tampered Products
If a product is received with:
Broken seal
Tampered packaging
Visible damage
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
After verification, we may arrange:
Replacement shipment, or
Refund (if eligible)
Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be entertained.
7. Return Eligibility Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is unused
The seal remains intact
Packaging is original
The medicine has not expired
The item is suitable for resale
Opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method only.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval
Banking timelines may vary depending on financial institutions
Customers must provide accurate payment details. GenericMedsKart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information.
9. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are not refundable:
Customs duties
Government taxes
Import handling charges
Additional clearance fees
These are regulated by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
10. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If a package is undelivered due to:
An incorrect address was entered by the customer
Unclaimed shipment
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping charges may apply. Refund eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case basis.
